Here's how to evolve your Duraludon into Archaludon in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet The Indigo Disk.

The Indigo Disk DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet brings brand-new, and previously unseen, Pokémon and Pokémon evolutions into the game. While trainers are already hard at work exploring brand-new areas and battling powerful trainers, completionists will also want to round out their Pokédex.

As is custom with newer Pokémon games, simply evolving a Pokémon by leveling it up seems to be a thing of the past. Now, trainers will need to jump through a myriad of hoops to evolve powerful Pokémon. The same goes for Duraludon, which received a brand-new evolution as part of the Indigo Disk DLC.

Here, we'll cover how to evolve Duraludon into Archaludon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet The Indigo Disk DLC.

Before we can evolve Duraludon, we first need to catch one. Duraludon can be found in The Indigo Disk's northwestern polar biome. Alternatively, you can trade with a friend to obtain Duraludon or use Pokémon Home to transfer one from Pokémon Sword & Shield.

Once you have a Duraludon in your party, you will need to acquire a new item called a Metal Alloy. This item can be purchased from the School Store in Blueberry Academy for 300 Blueberry Points (BP). Blueberry Points are a new DLC currency that can be obtained by completing Blueberry missions.

After acquiring the item, simply select it from your inventory and use it on Duraludon as you would an elemental stone. Your Duraludon will then immediately evolve into Archaludon.

Archaludon retains the same Dragon-Steel typing as its pre-evolution but gains a signature move called Electro Shot.
