Pokémon GO Battle League Season 12 Rewards & Schedule

Following the announcement of the Season of Light, the full schedule and rewards list for the Pokémon GO Battle League Season 12 is here.
Pokémon GO Battle League Season 12 Rewards & Schedule

Following the World Championship weekend in early August, Niantic has announced the full schedule for the Pokémon GO Battle League Season 12. Along with the Season of Light, there are a ton of new events to look forward to and rewards to earn as you rank up.

Every season in the GO Battle League is full of returning events and new Cups that offer up a change in the meta. The Psychic Cup is one of the first ones that Trainers will get to try out in the Season of Light. But with three months ahead of us, there is a schedule full of PvP content.

As soon as the Season of Light begins on September 1, we will already have a new GO Battle League Cup to jump into. Both the Great League and the Little Jungle Cup Remix will be available for a full week, but that's just the beginning.

Every week in the schedule will have at least one of the three standard leagues and a themed Cup along with it. Remixes will also offer some new ways to play Cups that had gone live in the past. Below you will find the full schedule that runs until December 1.

Season 12 Schedule:

  • September 1 - September 8: Great League, Little Jungle Cup Remix
  • September 8 - September 15: Great League, Psychic Cup
  • September 15 - September 22: Ultra League, Weather Cup
  • September 22 - September 29: Ultra League, Ultra Premier Classic
  • September 29 - October 6: Master League, Master Premier Classic
  • October 6 - October 13: Master League, Evolution Cup
  • October 13 - October 20: Great League, Ultra League, Master League
  • October 20 - October 27: Great League, Halloween Cup
  • October 27 - November 3: Great League, Halloween Cup: Ultra League Edition
  • November 3 - November 10: Ultra League, Willpower Cup
  • November 10 - November 17: Ultra League, Ultra Premier
  • November 17 - November 24: Master League, Element Cup Remix
  • November 24 - December 1: Master League, Catch Cup: Season of Light Edition

Most of the special Cups will take place in the 1,500 CP range, which is also the Great League range. Some will go to 2,500 or 500 CP, but those are rare instances due to them being less competitive. What you'll really want to focus on, however, is ranks you get. Ranking higher in the Pokémon GO Battle League Season 12 means more rewards.
