All Tape Locations In Poppy Playtime Chapter 3

Throughout Poppy Playtime Chapter 3, players can find tapes that will clue them in to the storyline of the game and let them know about lore, characters, and more. While finding these tapes isn't necessary to finish the game, they are necessary for 100% the game and fully completing it. Here are all of the Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 tape locations, so you can find all of the tapes and uncover the story for yourself.

All Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 Tape Locations

Claire Harper Debrief Tape

The very first tape is found after the short platforming section at the beginning, after CatNap leaves you in the garbage disposal. You can find it in front of the TV you see near the door, near some blood (who left that there?...).

GrabPack 2.0 Prototype Tape

To upgrade your GrabPack, you'll need the Upgraded GrabPack tape, found in the small room on the right of the Gas Production Zone. You can find it near one of the fallen shelves. This tape is one of the only tapes in the story that is necessary for progressing, since it upgrades your GrabPack with new Hands.

 The Red Smoke Section Tape

The Nightmare Section Tape is found after the first section with the red gas, in a hospital room.

 Home Sweet Home Orphanage Tape

As its name implies, this tape is found in the Home Sweet Home Orphanage. It's on the bottom floor. This is one of the harder tapes to find without a walkthrough; in the room with a flipped table, you'll need to first move the cabinet and then look behind it while crouching to find the tape.

Welcome to Playtime Tape

In the warehouse, you can find the Welcome to Playtime tape on Floor 1 next to the two green batteries. You'll have to power up the console and finish most of the level's puzzles first.

Samuel Lee's Last Day Tape

In the school, you'll have to make it past a series of metal shutters. Once you're past them, find a blue locker with a piece of yellow tape sticking out of it. While there are lots of lockers in the school, this one should stand out to you; grab the tape from inside.

1322 Report: The Void Tape

This one is found in the Play House. You'll need to complete the section for the most part before getting it; it's near the lockers with googly eyes.

Illegible Writing Tape

The Counselor’s Office Tape is found in - you guessed it - the counselor's office. Just check the cubicles, and you should be able to see the tape next to the computer.

Stuart and Rich Tape

In the Playcare, check out Stella Greyber's office. Here, just check on the desk next to the TV.

CatNap Check-in Tape

This one's a reward for escaping your foe, and a little teaser before the ending! Once you find your way away from CatNap using the elevator, exit it and then look to your right.

Final Revelation Tape (Hour of Joy)

This is the final tape in the game, and one of those that is critical to understanding the game's story and adding context to everything you've just experienced. After you kill CatNap, head to the room to the left of the Gas Production Zone. Here, you'll find Poppy, who will give you the harrowing Final Revelation Tape.
