Best Redfall Weapons Ranked - Guns Tier List

Here are some of the best weapons you can use in Redfall.
Best Redfall Weapons Ranked - Guns Tier List

Redfall is a looter-shooter, which means you get a ton of unique weapons of different rarities to use. Here, unrivaled weapons (legendary) are the most powerful and boast the best perks of all.

You can unlock new weapons by completing quests, exploring the open world, and burning vampire nests, just to name a few. Since you can find weapons pretty much everywhere, expect your inventory to be swarmed super quickly with many useful and not-so-useful weapons. As such, here's our guide that pinpoints some of the best weapons in Redfall

Best Weapons to Use in Redfall

There are seven weapon types in Redfall, which include Pistols, Revolvers, Auto Rifles, Shotguns, UV Guns, Stake Guns, and Sniper Rifles.

Having plowed plenty of hours into the game as part of our Redfall Review, here is what we believe are the best weapons players can use in Redfall right now.

Perfectly Normal (Unrivaled Automatic Assault Rifle)

Perks:

  • This weapon deals an extra 30% damage.
  • Magazines hold 10 extra rounds.
  • 50% increased accuracy while moving.

Assault Rifles with high fire rates are usually a great choice for running and gunning human enemies. However, Perfectly Normal is an exception, and its unique perks make it a powerful high fire-rate weapon that's also good for taking down vampires. With its increased damage and accuracy, you can take more powerful enemies without sacrificing mobility.

Cass Special (Unrivaled Automatic Assault Rifle)

Perks:

  • Headshots with this weapon deal an additional 75% bonus damage.
  • 20% increased reload speed.
  • 50% increased accuracy.

Cass Special is a good choice if you want to take out enemies from a safe distance but don't like using Snipers. While its low fire rate makes it a hard sell, a 75% bonus headshot damage, and 50% increased accuracy more than makes it capable of slaughtering any enemy in Redfall.

Ambition (Unrivaled Semi Automatic Pistol)

Perks:

  • Bullets from this weapon can kill vampires who are not petrified.
  • Headshots with this weapon deal an additional 50% bonus damage.
  • 50% increased accuracy.

While Pistols aren't as useful as UV or Shotguns for killing and staking vampires, there's one exception: Ambition. This powerful Semi Automatic Pistol has a perk that lets you kill vampires without staking them. Furthermore, it deals 50% bonus headshot damage, and given its low recoil rate, you can use it to target any enemy in the game.

Lockjaw (Unrivaled Semi-Auto Shotgun)

Perks:

  • Staking a vampire with this weapon heals you for 15% of your maximum health.
  • Shoots 2 extra pellets per weapon fire.
  • 50% increased accuracy.

It's no surprise that Shotguns are the best choice for taking down vampires quickly in Redfall. While most Unrivaled Shotguns are incredible, Lockjaw stands out because it shoots two extra bullets per weapon fire. This can make a huge difference in scenarios where you're surrounded by multiple vampires in Vampire Nests or other high-end activities. Furthermore, staking a vampire with this weapon heals you, which makes it all the more essential for taking groups of these blood-thirsty creatures.

Grave Mistake (Unrivaled Automatic Assault Rifle)

Perks:

  • Staking a vampire with this weapon heals you for 15% of your maximum health.
  • This weapon deals an extra 20% damage.
  • 50% increased accuracy while moving.

Grave Mistake is also a great choice if you're looking for a slow fire-rate and high-accuracy Assault Rifle with a healing perk. Staking a vampire with this weapon will heal you, so if you're looking for an Assault Rifle specifically to kill vampires, Grave Mistake is your weapon.

There are some of the best weapons we have encountered so far in Redfall. That said, there's bound to be more weapons added in future updates and DLC, so we will update this article if we happen to find any more powerful weapons on our journey through Redfall.
