There are currently four potions in Dead Rails: Angel Tears, Devil Tears, Holy Water, and Primordial Soup. Each is crafted by mixing various substances and bottling them into Glass Bottles, which you can scavenge from the wild.

Key ingredients you'll need include Water, Milk, Blood, Kerosene, Zombie Blood, and Unicorn Blood. Most of these are found by scavenging, but the last two ingredients must be harvested from corpses of the undead or unicorns (grim, but useful).

To use a potion, simply stand in it or pour it over your avatar. Just be smart about it. You’ll want to apply these effects before diving into combat, since stopping mid-fight to splash yourself with goop isn't exactly ideal.
