I'd say the best Cursed Technique in Heian is probably the Cursed Energy Discharge (Ryu Ishigori’s innate technique). It's extremely overpowered! You build up power with Charge, then unleash it through blasts like Granite Blast, Rupture, and upgrades, dealing a huge amount of damage.

At full power, Hollowed Granite delivers a cinematic grab and massive knockback. It’s explosive, charge-based, and deadly efficient. A close runner-up would probably be Mythical Beast Amber. It also has really strong moves, including electricified energy type skills (it's really cool).
