How to Get Red Dragon Empress in Anime Last Stand
To obtain the Red Dragon Empress unit in Anime Last Stand, players will need to use Portals, specifically high-tier Portals that have a chance to drop the Red Dragon Empress unit at the end of them. Portals are a fairly new mechanic added to the game, and how they work is fairly simple, so let's explain below.
Portals are items you can receive as drops from Bosses in Story, Infinite, or Challenge mode. Portals come in six tiers, each of which will transport you to a version of a Story mode stage where the enemies have increased HP, and the amount of extra HP varies based on the tier of Portal used:
- Tier 1 – 0% extra HP.
- Tier 2 – 25% extra HP.
- Tier 3 – 50% extra HP.
- Tier 4 – 150% extra HP.
- Tier 5 – 200% extra HP.
- Secret Tier – 200% extra HP.
Each time you complete a Portal, you have a chance to get another Portal to drop as a reward, and when it does drop, it will almost always be a higher tier than the one you used. So, for example, clearing a tier 4 Portal will likely drop a tier 5 Portal as a reward.
This means you'll need to farm plenty of lower-tier Portals to work your way up to get your hands on Tier 5 or Secret Tier Portals, which have a chance of dropping the Red Dragon Empress unit. The only downside to this is that these Portal tiers, as high as they are, only have a 3% and 4% chance to drop a Red Dragon Empress at the end, respectively.
This means that it can be quite a grind to get your hands on the Red Dragon Empress unit, but as long as you have a team of units that are powerful enough and equipped with the right techniques and items, you should be more than capable of obtaining the Red Dragon Empress unit with some determination and patience.
