How to get free credits in Rocket League Sideswipe

Rocket League Sideswipe is everything we’ve ever wished for and then some. Having car soccer on the run and in our pockets cannot even begin to describe our wildest dreams as Psyonix knocked the mobile transition out of the park.

However, some key features and items are still missing from the original game, like trading and plenty of classic cosmetics, so the coveted cars, decals, explosions and more should be arriving in the item shop sooner rather than later.

In order to be prepared for any impulse purchase, you’ll need to garner as many SP credits as possible in a short period of time, but how does one do that?

Fret not, fellow rocketeer, as here’s every way to cash in on some good ol’ credits in Rocket League Sideswipe!

How to get free credits in Rocket League Sideswipe

One of your biggest sources for credits will be the Turbo Season Rocket Pass, the battle pass for the first-ever Rocket League Sideswipe. The Sideswipe pass is completely free to redeem, unlike its predecessor for PC and consoles that costs 1,000 credits or around $10.

Because of this advantage, you are basically being gifted SP coins left and right, as the Sideswipe Rocket Pass will provide you with 2,400 credits for your luxurious expenses.

Your second-best source for credits will be completing various challenges from the Challenges menu. Whilst most of the time these are just a quicker way to up your XP, you can reap some good ol’ SP coins in the weekly and seasonal tasks.

Whilst SP credits are still free at the time of writing, make sure to accumulate as much of them as possible before the inevitable happens and Psyonix charges for more of the golden coins.
