All 6 Sons Of The Forest Armor Locations: Golden, Tech Armor, More

In Sons of the Forest, you will come across various monsters trying to kill you, and while you can kill them with your weapons, some are just too strong and can give you a high amount of damage. In that case, armor can help you reduce the damage and save your life.

There are a total of six armors in Sons of the Forest, including Golden Armor, Tech Armor, Creepy Armor, Bone Armor, Hide Armor, and Leaf Armor. These can be hard to find in the big world of the game, and thus, we have prepared this guide detailing the locations of all six Sons of the Forest armors to save you time. 

Sons of the Forest: All Six Armor Locations

Creepy Armor

It is the most basic armor in the game, and while it will not give you protection like others, it is still a good one to start with. You can find it in abundance in caves, and to get it, all you have to do is beat creepy mutants. Here are all the locations of caves in Sons of the Forest, where you can navigate using your Compass and find mutants inside it.

Bone Armor

As you progress in the game, you will need better armor, and Bone Armor is exactly that; however, unlike Creepy Armor, you will need to craft it using 4 Bones, 1 Rope, and 1 Duct Tape. You can get bones by killing the enemies in caves and then burning their bodies. On the other side, you will get rope and duct tape in your starter items baggage, and you can also find them at abandoned camps, helicopter crash sites, cave entrances, and more.

Leaf Armor

It is the easiest armor to craft in Sons of the Forest; however, it is also the weakest one. Leaf armor can be made using 10 Leaves that you can collect from your surroundings and 1 Cloth that you will easily find lying around while exploring the world. 

Hide Armor

Hide Armor provide almost the same protection as that of Bone Armor; however, the items required to craft it are not as easily available as the one required for Bone Armor. You will need 2 Animal Hide and 1 Cloth to make it. You can find clothes lying around; however, for animal hide, you will need to go hunting deer or moose in the forest.

Tech Armor

Teach Armor is the second-best in the game and can provide excellent damage protection, and you will need a 3D printer to craft one of the items required. The items that you will need to make it are 1 Tech Mesh, 1 Wire, 1 Circuit Board, 1 Duct Tape, and 1 Battery.

Most of these items can be found easily around the map, while 3D Printer and Tech Mesh are challenging to obtain. You will have to go to the marked locations in the map below to find the 3D printer, and you will also need to collect all the resin lying around it that you can use to craft Tech Mesh. Once done, you can craft the Tech Armor using all the items.

Golden Armor

In Sons of the Forest, there is only one Golden Armor, and you need to get it to unlock the end part of the game. You will first need to collect a maintenance keycard, and once you have it, go to the Bunker cave marked on the map below. Interact with the opening, and you can then enter the cave.

Follow the path in front of you, and you will find a hole. Jump inside it and enter the room. Exit the room, take a left to go down, and use the maintenance keycard on the door on your right side. Enter it and take a right to walk down again, and on your way, you will find an orange-colored door.

Interact with it and enter the room and go straight down the corridor. Take a left and go downstairs and enter the room at Level 2. Go straight and enter the second room in the second corridor. Walk straight, and you will enter a room where you will find Golden Armor on the sofa.
