Now, the V Rising LAN Mode has been summoned with the update v0.5.41448 patch notes, alongside additional features and important fixes. Prospective vampire lords will need to know how to enable the V Rising LAN Mode, how it works, and more.

In this step-by-step guide, we outline what the V Rising LAN Mode is all about, the Steam and server settings to change, and how you can enable it with relative ease.

Dubbed the "LAN Mode", this is essentially an offline mode for V Rising, allowing players to enjoy V Rising without the need for an internet connection.

The V Rising LAN Mode is not just about playing without an internet connection, however, as the name might suggest.

Developer Stunlock Studios explains: "LAN Mode can be played solo or with friends on the same local network. Please keep in mind that we will work on improving the LAN Mode as we continue to develop V Rising during Early Access."

So how exactly do you enable LAN Mode in V Rising and what setting should you be aware of when trying to play this vampire survival title with friends on the same local network? Our next section of this guide has you covered.
