Red Bull announces global university Valorant tournament Campus Clutch

Red Bull has announced global university competition Campus Clutch for Valorant. 

Universities in 50 countries will be able to sign up for the tournament, with winners taking €20,000, a gaming hub for their university, and a chance to attend an upcoming Valorant Masters event. 

The competition will consist of three stages; starting out with Qualifiers from February to 23rd May. This will culminate in separate National Finals, with the winners heading to compete in the World Finals to compete for the top prize.

This looks to be one of the biggest university esport competitions out there, and coupled with Valorant's popularity, this could garner a lot of attention. 

Riot Games announced last year plans for the Valorant Champions Tour 2021 consisting of the world’s biggest teams, which is set to kick off in February.
