Episode 3 is finally here, bringing with it a brand new Agent named KAY/O, and a new battle pass too, filled with cosmetics and other unlockables.

Valorant Episode 3 Act 1 battle pass: All tiers, price, skins, release date, and more

The start of a new Act is a special occasion in Valorant, throw in the start of new Episode and the first new Agent in three and 1/2 months, as you have with the release of Episode 3 Act 1 and the hype meter goes off the charts.

Scheduled to come out on 22nd June, fans of Valorant are getting more than a sneak peek ahead of its launch with the developers releasing information about, not only the new Agent KAY/O, but also all the details about the new battle pass and special YR1 event pass which celebrates the birthday of the game.

When does Valorant's Episode 3 Act 1 battle pass start?

The battle pass will be available for purchase from 22nd June, released alongside the start of Episode 3.

Also arriving is the aforementioned Agent, the community voted Karma Give Back skin bundle, and the YR1 event pass.

How much will the Episode 3 Act 1 battle pass cost?

The battle pass will cost 1000 Valorant Points. This means that it will cost US$10, with slight variations depending on what region you are in.

For those that don't opt to buy the battle pass, there is also a free track that includes skins, player cards, and buddies.

When will Episode 3 Act 1 end?

Most seasons run for approx. nine weeks and Episode 3 Act 1 is expected to follow the same schedule, so it should end on 24th August.

What is included?

It will include weapon skins, gun buddies, player cards, sprays and titles.

There are three weapon bundles included in the battle pass, they are:

Jigsaw (Ghost, Judge, Ares, Guardian)
K/TAC (Melee, Bulldog, Vandal, Operator)
Monarch (Shorty, Frenzy, Bucky, Marshal)

The battle pass is inspired by the game's one year anniversary with a host of knowing nods to the game's short history including a pair of sprays that ask, "Greatly increased?" and "Greatly Decreased?" meant as a "little thank-you to the community for all their feedback on the ranked system."

The Jigsaw skin line also takes cues from "key art... made for Killjoy, Skye, Yoru and Astra," explained Art Lead, Sean Marino. Each weapon will have variants for each of the four agents.
