Diablo 2: Resurrected Technical Alpha dates and times
The Diablo 2: Resurrected Technical Alpha test has some strict dates and times.
Players will only be able to test out the remaster for roughly three days.
- Start date and time: 9th April 2021 at 14:00 GMT.
- End date and time: 12th April 2021 at 17:00 GMT.
With such tight dates and times for the first Diablo 2: Resurrected Technical Alpha test, those who manage to join should probably cancel their plans for the weekend.
How to join Diablo 2: Resurrected Technical Alpha
If you simply can't wait to play Diablo 2: Resurrected, you can still sign up for a chance at the Technical Alpha test, as well as future tests.
Follow the simple steps below to opt-in:

Signing up to the Technical Alpha of Diablo 2: Resurrected does not guarantee access, as you are only throwing your hat into the ring. Even pre-ordering the game does not give you access.

Diablo 2: Resurrected Technical Alpha content
This is a single-player Technical Alpha test for Diablo 2: Resurrected.
Blizzard explains: "We’re going to start with a single-player technical alpha, and then we’ll have a second technical alpha after that, which is kind of multiplayer and stress testing."

Players will be able to enjoy three classes:
The Diablo 2: resurrected Technical Alpha will include the first two Acts of the game. Act 1 is entitled The Sightless Eye, while Act 2 is The Secret of the Vizjerei, in case you didn't play the original.
It is important to note that the improved cinematics won't be in the Diablo 2: Resurrected Technical Alpha test, as those aren’t finished just yet.
For those who have been invited to the Diablo 2: Resurrected Technical Alpha, just know we are quite jealous.
Good luck to everyone who is participating in the test, or those who are still trying to get in. Hopefully, Blizzard will invite more and more players as the next tests begin.
