Road Trip Adventure Dustborn Set For Summer Release

Fresh from Oslo-based studio Red Thread Games and Spotlight by Quantic Dream comes Dustborn, a new action-adventure title that spans from Pacifica to Nova Scotia across neo-Western landscapes. As announced during the Future Games Show, Dustborn will be heading to PC, PS5, PS4 4, Xbox Series S/X and Xbox One on August 20, 2024.

Players take on the role of Pax, an Anomal with the ability to weaponize language. Pax navigates situations by crafting words, using them to influence outcomes and take out threats. Along for the ride are numerous characters that Pax can recruit to her undercover rock band with whom she'll build relationships and explore the region with.

Dustborn Release Date, Editions & Price

Dustborn will be available to purchase digitally on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PS5 and PS4, Xbox Series S/X and Xbox One for $29.99. A physical edition will also be available for $39.99 and will include:

• Two postcards from key locations visited by the crew
• A map of the American Republic, listing all the pitstops the crew has to make before arriving to their final destination
• A 32-page prequel comic book about the crew’s life before accepting this risky mission
• Stickers of iconic elements from the game
