Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed - New Characters Unveiled

In recent weeks, the developers of Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, Illfonic, have held live streams revealing more information about the upcoming game and its gameplay.

Included in those streams was information about the new NPCs that will be in Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, supporting the team. Here is everything we know about the new Ghostbusters characters that will join the Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed world.

Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed - New Characters

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed is an upcoming 4v1 asymmetrical multiplayer game that pits 4 player-controlled Ghostbusters against one player-controlled or bot Ghost.

While Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed is led by its player-controlled character, the world also features NPCs to create a more immersive experience for players. Developers Illfonic introduced two new characters, known as Eddy and Catt, that will appear as NPCs in Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed.

Developers posted a photo of one of the new characters, Catt, on their Twitter. They describe her as a "Ghostbusters nerd," explaining that she runs the Firehouse, where the Ghostbusters' operations take place. Fans might find her relatable, seeing that she seems to love the Ghostbusters as much as they do.

She appears to be a well-prepared and resourceful character, with a utility tool pocket on her pants, a fanny pack around her hip, and a sturdy set of headphones around her neck. Still, the jacket tied around her waist reflects her casual and cool demeanor.

The other character, Eddy, has not received an official reveal yet, but we've seen glimpses of him in the live streams. He will specialize in technology and will help players repair, upgrade, and customize gear. In the images we have of him, he appears to be working in a lab or workshop, tinkering with a piece of machinery.

These are the two characters Illfonic has already announced, but there are sure to be more reveals in the future, including more information about Eddy and Catt.
