The GOG Sale 2022 - How To Get Free Games

The GOG Sale 2022 lasts from 22nd August to 5th September, and lots of deals are in store on newer and older games alike throughout the sale.

The 2022 GOG Sale features four free titles over the course of the sale, with others at a huge discount. Here are all of the freebies included in the 2022 GOG Sale and how you can get them for yourself.

Over the course of the 2022 GOG Sale, four games will be free for all to download. But once they're announced one by one, you'll need to act quickly - each game is only available for 48 hours.

Thankfully, all it takes to download the free games from the GOG Sale is to create a GOG account, which you can do even after the sale has begun. All you'll need to do to download these free games is create a GOG account, head to the giveaway page, and download the game.

Current GOG Store Freebies

Starting 29th August, grab Lovecraft's Untold Stories for free on the GOG Store until 31st August 2022. Lovecraft's Untold Stories is an action-packed RPG in which you explore randomly-generated levels, encounter monsters, and solve challenging puzzles.

Last week's freebie was 2015's Stasis; while it's no longer free, it's still on 80% sale on the GOG Store. You can grab Stasis for just $1.99 for the standard edition or $2.59 for the deluxe edition.

Eight full pages of games and DLCs, including Tomb Raider: Anniversary, Tomb Raider: Legend, Deus Ex: Game of the Year Edition, and Jagged Alliance are on sale for $1 or less each. Over 4000 games, some of which are in Early Access, are available in the sale.
