After a successful release on Steam, Switch, and consoles, Gori: Cuddly Carnage just got an all-new accolades trailer. The brief new trailer showcases gameplay, critical reviews, and graphics from the game, which has earned itself an impressive 9/10 average ratings on Steam. Developers say the game has become "instant fan favorite - maybe even the Cat game of the year!?"
The hack-and-slash adventure title by Wired Productions and Angry Demon Studios was released to critical acclaim on 29 August. Protagonist Gori is a “prototype synthetic” pet, one of the last remaining little creatures from the fictional Cool Toyz line. When he finds out the world has been completely destroyed, he must work with his robotic companions to slay the "Adorable Army."
“Humanity has been destroyed - and it's up to Gori, along with his deadly but wise-cracking sentient hoverboard, F.R.A.N.K, and morose AI companion, CH1-P, to shred and slay the evil Adorable Army,” developers explain.
The game features its own unique 48-song soundtrack, hack-and-slash gameplay, and more. In addition to the new trailer, developers published a series of gameplay tips to celebrate the title's success. Developers advise that players stay mobile, use F.R.A.N.K.S' boost power, don't break combos, and plan attacks carefully.
