The Game Awards (TGA) 2022, the most anticipated flagship gaming event on the calendar, is over. It awarded individual game titles for their excellence and recognized developers who continually push the boundaries and transform the digital gaming space. The event, hosted by Geoff Keighley, served as a platform for developers to showcase new, exciting upcoming developments and projects.

As such, many enthusiasts tuned into The Game Awards 2022 Livestream on 8 December 2022 at 7:30 p.m. ET to find out "what's hot" in the gaming space. However, if you somehow missed it, we've done all the grunt work by compiling a list of every announcement made at TGA 2022.

Several announcements regarding Final Fantasy XVI, Hades 2, Death Stranding 2, etc., were made at TGA 2022, and you can read all the information in detail below.

Baldur's Gate 3

The release window for the full version of the upcoming RPG game Baldur's Gate 3, developed by Larian Studios, has been announced at The Game Awards 2022, and it is August 2023. The game is currently available on Early Access, and you can learn more about Baldur's Gate 3 on our hub page.

Star Wars: Jedi Survivor

Star Wars: Jedi Survivor is a sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, released in 2019, and will feature Cal Kestis and BD-1. During The Game Awards 2022, its trailer confirmed that Star Wars: Jedi Survivor is going to release on March 17, 2023.

Death Stranding 2

The leaks came true as Death Stranding 2 was announced by Hideo Kojima and it is going to be the sequel of Death Stranding. The release date is yet to be revealed.

Tekken 8

In a recent YouTube video entitled "A Special Message From Harada," published on 7 December, developers Bandai Namco confirmed that Tekken 8 would be featured at The Game Awards 2022 ceremony. The wait is finally over, as the new trailer has officially confirmed that Jin Kazama's mother, Jun Kazama will be returning to the game as a playable character.

Final Fantasy XVI
Final Fantasy XVI is confirmed to get released on June 22, 2023, via the latest trailer that gave us a look at its Summon battle system and the latest iteration of Ifrit.
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon

FromSoftware has announced a brand new game, Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, that will be releasing in 2023. You can have a look at its trailer below.

Hades II

The successor of Game of the Year 2020, Hades II, has been announced by Supergiant Games via the trailer, and its early access will be available in 2023.

Judas

BioShock's creator, Ken Levine has revealed a brand new game called Judas during TGA 2022. It will be a narrative-driven, single-player, first-person shooter, and though we don't have any release date or window, you can check out its trailer below.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty new gameplay trailer has been released. It is a spy-thriller expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 set in an all-new district of Night City. It will release in 2023 and will introduce Idris Elba as Solomon Reed, an FIA Agent for the NUSA.

Diablo 4

Blizzard has confirmed that Diablo 4 is releasing on June 6, 2023, and you can pre-purchase it to get its open beta early access.

Street Fighter 6

The Street Fight 6 trailer gave us glimpses of World Tour and gameplay introductions for Dee Jay, Manon, Marisa, and JP. It will be releasing on June 2, 2023 and has already been made available for pre-order.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is all set to release on May 26, 2023 and the late Kevin Conroy will be the voice of Batman for the last time in this title.

Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores

Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores, the new DLC will release exclusively for PS5 players on April 19, 2023. The story will feature Aloy as she pursues a sinister threat in the untamed wilds of Los Angeles.

Crash Team Rumble

Crash Team Rumble is a new 4v4 multiplayer game that will release in 2023 and will let you "face off in an epic team vs. team Wumpa-collecting, island-hopping championship."

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is all set to release on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2023 and we got to see its gameplay trailer at The Game Awards 2022.
