Despite a lot of the criticism that Electronic Arts (EA) gets over their games, their UFC games are polished very well. UFC games have a passionate niche of games that enjoy these games.
That being said, normally, this is that time of year when a new UFC game would have been released to the public. So what is the latest news? If you are scouting for more information about UFC 5, you have come to the right place.

EA's game slate for FY24 (APR 2023 - MAR 2024) reveals that SKATE and Dragon Age Dreadwolf are mid-2024+ releases.

We checked but couldn't find any new official info or leaks on UFC 5. We will continue our search.

We can't help but wonder if UFC 5 will get a trailer or any official details at The Game Awards 2022. We aren't holding our breath with this one.

UFC 5 Release Date Speculation

If there is one thing that EA is, consistent is usually it. They are constantly releasing new games on a pretty regular schedule, like the latest FIFA games.
UFC games have been released every two years since 2014. That means in 2022, people naturally expected a new UFC 5 game to be released. However, 2023 has arrived no news of it in sight.
But that does not mean that UFC 5 is not under development. In 2020, EA and UFC signed a multi-year partnership to continue to make games together.
"We’re thrilled that we will continue our partnership with EA for the next 10 years,” said Tracey Bleczinski, Senior Vice President, UFC Global Consumer Products. “EA SPORTS has become a natural extension of UFC’s brand and an important way to engage with our fans."
UFC 5 Leaks
Does that mean that UFC 5 is under development? Possibly, but nothing is guaranteed. After all, the UFC 4 game is still getting updates at the moment.
In a tweet, EA Sports recently announced that two fighters named Bo Nickal and Raul Rosas Jr. are joining UFC 4. This tweet was made on September 29, 2022.
But fans have found job postings created by EA for jobs to help develop UFC games. So it is possible that UFC 5 is under development. Once we know more, we will update you as soon as we can.
