Warframe's big Halloween update, Abyss of Dagath, is now live across all platforms, bringing in a new story quest, spooky frame, spooky cosmetic items, and a host of quality-of-life changes to the game.
Abyss of Dagath is the first big update to the game since this summer's Echoes of Duviri. Alongside Dagath, the game's 54th Warframe, Grendel Prime is now also available for players to unlock.
In addition to new frames and cosmetic items, this latest update also makes much-requested changes to the game's companions, completely removing permadeath and the Hydroid Warframe.
"Our Abyss of Dagath Update has really come together to be a true spooky month release!” said Megan Everett, Community Director. “Grendel Prime is the perfect fit too with his enemy-guzzling charm. We’re excited to see the fresh Community Fashionframe meatballs out in the wild. It’s been fun to really execute the “headless horseman” theme with Dagath’s abilities speaking to her story and, most importantly, be fun and easy to grasp for all players.”
Warframe is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
