The tournament is invites-only, but Twitch hasn't yet revealed which content creators will be invited to the event.

They explained that they want to pick "4 captains of fairly equal skill level who represent the cheeky, fun-first attitude" and then they will allow them to bring their own teams "to ensure everyone has a good time playing with their friends".

Twitch Rivals Wild Rift Showdown prize pool

While the focus of the tournament is on fun, the prize money is nothing to scoff at, as $25,000 USD is waiting for players to take their share.
The exact distribution of the reward between the 4 teams is yet to be announced.
