All Wo Long Fallen Dynast Divine Beasts And How To Use Them

The world of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is deeply rooted in ancient Chinese mythology. It takes place in 184 A.D. at the end of the Late Hyan Dynasty, in which the Three Kingdoms are now infested with demons. Players can expect to meet a few familiar faces, including the leader of the Yellow Turban rebellion, Zhang Jue, who in the game is known as Zhang Jiao. 

Aside from the setting and characters, the inspirations from the Chinese Three Kingdoms era are also reflected in Wo Long's weapons and armor. There are also special powerful abilities called Divine Beasts based on Chinese mythology creatures. Every Divine Beast in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty explained

Every Divine Beast has an active ability and a passive ability (known as Divine Beast Resonance).

Qilin (Earth Phase)

Unlocked by defeating the main boss Zhuyan.

• Summon Divine Beast: Summons Qilin to create multiple stone pillars in front of you. The number of stone pillars increases when your Morale Rank is 10 or above.
• Divine Beast Resonation: Summons Qilin to apply stone damage to your weapon. Decreases HP damage taken and increases automatic Spirit recovery. 

Qinglong (Wood Phase)

Unlocked by defeating the main boss Zhang Bao, General of Earth.

• Summon Divine Beast: Summons Qinglong to strengthen surrounding allies and restore their HP. Can also revive allies awaiting aid when your Morale Rank is 10 or above. 
• Divine Beast Resonation: Summons Qinglong to apply Lightning damage to your weapon. Increases Spirit gained from attacks and decreases HP damage taken. 

Baihu (Metal Phase)

Unlocked by defeating the main boss Zhang Jiao, General of Heaven

• Summon Divine Beast: Summons Baihu to fight alongside you for a short duration. The duration increases when your Morale Rank is 10 or above. 
• Divine Beast Resonation: Summons Baihu to apply Toxin damage to your weapon. Increases ailment accumulation dealt and Spirit gained from attacks. 

Baize (Water Phase)

Unlocked by defeating the main boss Aoye.

• Summon Divine Beast: Summons Baize to detect the location of enemies in the area. Additionally, Baize fires icicles at all enemies within the search area. The search range increases when your Morale Rank is 10 or above. 
• Divine Beast Resonation: Summons Baize to apply Ice damage to your weapon. Increases automatic Spirit recovery and decreases HP damage taken. 

Zhuque (Fire Phase)

Unlocked by defeating the main boss Zhang Rang.

• Summon Divine Beast: Summons Zhuque to engulf the surrounding area in fire. An additional attack is performed when your Morale Rank is 10 or above. 
• Divine Beast Resonation: Summons Zhuque to apply Flame damage to your weapon. Increases HP damage and ailment accumulation dealt. 

Xiezhi (Fire Phase)

Unlocked by defeating the main boss Dong Zhuo.

Summon Divine Beast: Summons Xiezhi to fight alongside you for a short duration. The duration increases when your Morale Rank is 10 or above. Cannot be neutralized by the Five Phases Affinities. 

Divine Beast Resonation: Summons Xiezhi to apply Flame damage to your weapon. Increases automatic Spirit recovery and HP damage dealt. Cannot be neutralized by the Five Phases Affinities. 

Tengshe (Metal Phase)

Unlocked by defeating the main boss Taotie.

Summons Divine Beast: Summons Tengshe to scatter poison in the area. The attack range and variety of ailments inflicted increases when your Morale Rank is 10 or above. Cannot be neutralized by the Five Phases Affinities. 

Divine Beast Resonation: Summon Tengshe to apply Toxin damage to your weapon. Increase damage and ailment accumulation dealt. Cannot be neutralized by the Five Phase Affinities.

How To Equip Divine Beasts In Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

Once you have unlocked a Divine Beast, you can equip it by resting at a Battle Flag and selecting the Battle Preparation tab. Here, you will find the option to equip the Divine Beast.
