Featuring an alt-history story setting that could take dozens of hours to fully complete, Atomic Heart releases for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation on 21 February 2023, free for those with an Xbox Game Pass subscription. The game also features dozens of achievements/trophies, depending on your gaming platform of choice.
This article lists all the Atomic Heart trophies/achievements, as well as descriptions on how to complete them, so let's get started.

All Atomic Heart Trophies/Achievements
There are a total of 42 trophies for PlayStation gamers to earn on PS4 or PS5 in Atomic Heart. This means there is 41 Atomic Heart achievements on Xbox/PC since these platforms don't have anything like a "Platinum" trophy.
All together, there are three (3) Gold trophies, eight (8) silver trophies, and 30 Bronze trophies to earn in order to get the Platinum trophy in Atomic Heart. Many of these achievements/trophies can be considered spoilers, including boss names, locations, and some happenings in the story.

Don’t let a sprout grow into a mutant - Bull’s Eye! - Use Telekinesis to throw an object and knock down an Owl
- Alcoholics Anonymous - Get drunk with vodka and kill 5 enemies
- Triple Penetration - Kill 3 or more enemies with a single Railgun shot
- Hands on the Hood - Hit 20 enemies by a car
- Strike - Kill Hedgie without making a single shot / destroy all statues
- Murderous Beauty - Kill Twins
- Chop Chop Chop - Kill Belyash with a melee weapon
- Lord of War - Collect all weapons
- Polymerization - Collect 100 jelly
- Beast Friend - Find all talking dead animals
- The Necromancer - Talk to every dead
- More Than Profit - Find all Lootyagins
- Atomic Heart - Complete the game in Hardcore mode
- Burning Ears - Find all Chirpers
- Clean-up - Complete all testing grounds
Players can complete all the trophies/achievements in Atomic Heart by following the instructions as per the trophy description. For PlayStation gamers in particular, completing all the trophies will earn them the Platinum trophy for Atomic Heart, which is called The Motherland Does Not Forget its Heroes.
