Bendy: Lone Wolf has a 2025 release date and will be ported to "many, many" platforms, developers say. The game, which is now complete, follows Boris the Wolf as he explores his own story. Developers say it's "full of new features."
Bendy: Lone Wolf is a new, upcoming title set to replace the Bendy top-down game Boris and the Dark Survival, improving upon its mechanics. Upon the game's release, Boris and the Dark Survival will be discontinued.
A graphic in the X/Twitter post announcement mentions not only new combat, enemies, and bosses, but also a new conclusion, new mini games, and more that set it apart from the original 2020 game. It's set to be ported to Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation, PC (Steam), Mac/iOS, and Android.
As an added bonus, those who already own Boris and the Dark Survival on Steam or Mobile will get its successor, Bendy: Lone Wolf, entirely for free. If you plan to buy the game on Steam or Mobile, getting your hands on it now might be a good idea - a disclaimer on the Boris and the Dark Survival Steam page mentions that the game's price will increase when the update comes out.
While the game has no specific release date quite yet, developers say fans can to play Bendy: Lone Wolf in 2025. In other Bendy news, TheMeatly is set to announce the Bendy and the Ink Machine Movie's director on Halloween, and has recently stated that The Cage is currently in progress yet again.
