What is Sail 630 Nuclear Bug error message in Black Ops Cold War zombies?

Following nearly a week of drama and ban claims, Treyarch’s Community Manager, FoxHoundFPS, has explained what the Sail 630 Nuclear Bug error message is.

Since 2nd April 2021, more and more Black Ops Cold War players have been receiving a mysterious "Sail 630 Nuclear Bug" error message. This error message appears at high levels of Zombies matches on PC, and some are reporting they have been falsely banned after receiving the message. Now, Treyarch's Community Manager has responded to the false ban claims and explained what the Black Ops Cold War error message "Sail 630 Nuclear Bug" is.

What is the Black Ops Cold War Sail 630 Nuclear Bug?

Reddit user Korlesa recently created a post after he/she was allegedly banned following the Sail 630 Nuclear Bug error message. Many other Black Ops Cold War players followed, noting their experience as the same.

This strange occurrence has led many PC players to ask if they should completely avoid Zombies until the issue is fixed.

Responding to the concerns from PC gamers playing Black Ops Cold War, Treyarch's Community Manager, Josh "FoxhoundFPS" Torres responded to the Sail 630 Nuclear Bug error message issues.

First up, FoxhoundFPS explained what the error message actually means: "This error string is currently presented instead of the standard disconnect language when a disconnect occurs in the Zombies menus on PC.

PC players would typically see the following: "Connection to the Blizzard game server has been lost. Please exit and try again. BLZBNTBGS000003F8."

According to FoxhoundFPS, bans are not the product of the Sail 630 Nuclear Bug error message.

FoxhoundFPS explains: "We are aware that some players are seeing the Sail 630 Nuclear Bug message and then are unable to connect while seeing a ban message. The ban message is not a product of disconnect errors."

FoxhoundFPS then notes if players have been banned, they should check out the Black Ops Cold War Security and Enforcement policy

Despite the explanation, players aren't happy and still confused about the error message. Korlesa responded to FoxhoundFPS, stating: "How about instead of explaining what the error message is, you explain why HUNDREDS of Zombie PC players were suddenly banned without reason?"
