We are now into the closing stages of Season 6 of Call of Duty: Mobile and attention is now shifting towards Season 7.
Each new season brings new maps, weapons, cosmetics, and game modes and usually players have a good idea of what will be arriving in the new season but the developers have been particularly tight-lipped about what players can expect but thanks to some leaks from the Chinese version (which do have to be taken with a pinch of salt) and a few not-so-cryptic teasers, we can fill in some of the blanks.
So if you want to know everything you can about COD: M Season 7, then you have come to the right place, we will continue to update this page up until release, so check back in the coming days if you don't like surprises.
When does Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 come out?
The release date of Season 7 is one thing we can be pretty sure about.
Historically, a new season starts the day following the end of another and with Season 6 sent to end on 26th August, so Season 7 will start at some time on the 27th August, though an exact release time hasn't been made available.
When the new season comes out players will be able to download it from the game itself or through the Google Play And Apple App store.
What can we expect from Season 7?
There are a couple of certainties including a new battle pass as well as the introduction of the map 'Monastery', the developers have teased the latter and leaks from the Chinese version -- which usually runs a month or so ahead -- have shown players playing on it.
Another new map was more recently teased, that being Scrapyard 2019, a version of the map that will be familiar to those that played Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone as it was incorporated into Verdsansk.
An aeroplane graveyard, the area provides plenty of CQB combat potential and is sure to be a favourite of Season 7.
Each new season usually includes at least two new weapons and we can assuredly say that they will be both the Crossbow and the Hades LMG, two Black Ops weapons and following a pattern of guns from that series being incorporated into the game.
Their inclusion can be counted as a fact as the official Call of Duty: Mobile Twitter account tweeted a picture featuring a number of weapons, including the aforementioned two, and asking players if they are sure they have used all of them within the game.
Of course, they haven't these two guns will likely be unlockable through the Season 7 battle pass.
Leaks, from various sources, have also showcased a number of cosmetics, including the QQ9 - Mooner which will be coming in the Lucky Draw.
A large number of character skins will also likely be released, through the battle pass and via bundles, the one that has caught the eye the most has to be the legendary Reaper skin dubbed 'Ashura'.
You can see it, along with a number of other skins that will likely be in Season 7, in this video by YouTuber Ahtisham.
