The reason for the Connecting To CSGO Network Error to appear is that CSGO is down at the moment, and Valve is getting ready to launch CS2 globally. Although Valve hasn't revealed an exact time of launch, based on one of their previous tweets, it should be out on Wednesday, which is today.
