Counter-Strike 2 (CS 2) PC System Requirements

The rumors about Counter-Strike 2 have been proven correct as Valve has officially announced that it will release this summer, and its limited test has also begun. A certain number of players have been invited to test the game, and Valve has upgraded a bunch of stuff, including graphics, VFX, audio, and much more. 

This has made CS:GO players wonder whether their PCs will be able to run Counter-Strike 2 or not. Thus, we have listed the PC system requirements for Counter-Strike 2 below.

As of now, Valve has not announced the PC system requirements; however, since there have been a bunch of upgrades and a number of them are yet to be announced, it is possible that very low-end PCs might not be able to run the game. 

In addition to this, since games like Dota 2, Half-Life: Alyx, Aperture Desk Job, and more run use Source 2, we can predict the PC requirements to run Counter-Strike 2 smoothly.

  • Processor: Dual core from Intel or AMD at 2.8 GHz
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8600/9600GT, ATI/AMD Radeon HD2600/3600
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 60 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
