Dead By Daylight X Meet Your Maker Event: Start Time, Genmat Rewards, More

Behaviour Interactive's new game Meet Your Maker is set to release in April 2023, and to celebrate, developers have brought GenMats and other fun Meet Your Maker crossover items to Dead By Daylight for a crossover event.

If you're wondering when the Dead By Daylight X Meet Your Maker event begins and ends, as well as what events and rewards you can expect in-game, read on. 

Dead By Daylight x Meet Your Maker Event Release Date

The Dead By Daylight X Meet Your Maker event started on 14th March 2023, introducing Meet Your Maker's GenMats into the game. Behaviour Interactive has not announced when the event will end, but it will likely will go on until Meet Your Maker releases in early April.

The Dead By Daylight x Meet Your Maker event began at 11 am EST on 14th March. Almost all Dead By Daylight events begin at 11 am EST, and this one is no different.

Dead By Daylight x Meet Your Maker Event

During the Meet Your Maker event, both killer and survivor players can interact with GenMat Extractors all around the Trial. Four different colors of GenMats spawn at different times during the trial, with each one offering a different charm reward.

When GenMats spawn into the trial, they make a map-wide audible noise. After interacting with a GenMat Extractor, players will glow with the color of the GenMat they interacted with, and will receive a charm if they finish the trial as the killer or escape as a survivor.

Dead By Daylight x Meet Your Maker Event Rewards

Players will be able to receive in-game rewards for interacting with Genmats, including a series of four different charms (one for each color of Genmat).

Those who own both Dead by Daylight and Meet Your Maker starting 4th April 2023 (Meet Your Maker's launch date) will also receive special in-game crossover rewards in both games. Here's what you'll receive:

Dead By Daylight In-Game Rewards

• Very rare Pentekath’s Suit for Meg Thomas 
• 3 unique Killer weapons
  • The Trapper (Crunching Blade)
  • The Huntress (Toothed Axe)
  • The Wraith (Biomechanical Spine)
