Dead Island 2: Curtis’ Safe Key Location

Curtis Sinclair is one of the most important side characters in Dead Island 2, who has multiple side quests to offer. Aside from helping him out, you can also explore Curtis' lavish Bel-Air district mansion, which is full of valuable resources and weapons.

In Curtis' garage, you can find a rare weapon perk as well. There's also a locked safe in one of his rooms, whose key is nowhere to be found. Thankfully, we've already managed to find it for ourselves so if you read on we'll explain where you can find Curtis' safe key in Dead Island 2. 

Where to Find Curtis' Safe Key in Dead Island 2

You can find Curtis' safe key on Crytal The Lawer, which I'm assuming was Curtis' lawyer. What's interesting is that Crystal is a screamer and won't spawn near Curtis' house unless you have been to Venice Beach.

The screamer is first introduced in the tunnel, which you encounter on your way to Venice Beach in the main quest, "Flushed." Once you have fought the screamer, and unlocked fast-travel, (which is also made available after reaching Venice Beach), come to Bel-Air and head towards Curtis' house. 

You can find Crystal The Lawer in the lawn arena. You can find its exact location in the screenshot below. 

She's surrounded by a plethora of zombies, including a Crusher, so make sure you're prepared. 

Once you have killed Crytal, loot the safe key off her corpse and head into Curtis' house. You can find the exact location of Curtis' safe in the screenshot below. 

Unlock Curtis' safe to get some cash, fabric, and a Superior-tier Tactical Heavy Revolver.
