It sure is a good time to be a Destiny 2 fan at the moment, as not only the latest Beyond Light expansion has started Year 4 with a bang, but we also have Season of the Hunt, the 12th one in the shooter's history, bringing a Season Pass as per usual.
Let's not beat around the bush as there's a lot of ground to cover, and let's get started with what the Season Pass has to offer.
Destiny 2 Season of the Hunt Season Pass - Cost
As usual, the Season Pass is in line with the price of previous ones in Destiny 2, costing 1,000 Silver, which equates to roughly $10, give or take depending on your region.
If you got your hands on a Collector's or Deluxe Edition, you'll already have the Season Pass so no need to fork out the extra cash.
Destiny 2 Season of the Hunt Season Pass - Duality exotic shotgun
If you decide to get your hands on the Season Pass, you'll be rewarded with the Duality exotic shotgun right out of the bat, alongside some cool new armour pieces.
Here are the perks in the weapon:
- On Black Wings: Pellet final blows grant a stacking precision damage and reload speed buff. Precision hits with slugs extend the duration
- Compression Chamber: Fires a pellet spread in ihip-fire or a single high-damage slug while aiming
Destiny 2 Season of the Hunt Season Pass - Exotic quest
As part of the Season Pass, players will receive a unique exotic quest that will grant them the fan favourite Hawkmoon Hand Cannon, making its return from Destiny 1.
At the moment, there's no information regarding the quest, but check out our list of every exotic confirmed so far where we'll update you as soon as something drops.
Destiny 2 Season of the Hunt Season Pass - Seasonal activity
Like previous Seasons, players with access to the Season Pass will be eligible to participate in a temporary activity that will grant them huge boosts in XP.
According to the Season of the Hunt roadmap, the event will start next 17th November, we'll update you as soon as we get more info
Destiny 2 Season of the Hunt Season Pass - All Tiers
There's a total of 100 tiers in the Season Pass, with rewards that range from exotic engrams, to Bright Dust, and even fancy looking emotes for you to add to your collection.
