Epic Games in partnerships with mobile carriers Three/WINDTRE is hosting an in-game tournament called the Fortnite Trinity Challenge for players to enjoy, and you can even get the brand new Trinity Trooper Outfit as well as some emotes for free as a reward. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming tournament, including how to join, the schedule, format, and more.

Fortnite Trinity Challenge: How to join

The Fortnite Trinity Challenge is open to players in the European region only. Those who play on PC, Android devices, or consoles can enter.

This is a Trios tournament, which means you need two other friends to enter. All players must be ranked in the Open League (Division I, II or III) or higher to join the tournament.

Simply head into the competitive tab in-game and join the tournament once it opens according to your regional schedule.

Players must have Two-Factor Authentication enabled on their Epic account and be over 13 years of age to join.

The Fortnite Trinity Challenge is a one-day in-game tournament that takes place on 14th March 2021, just before the start of the next season

The tournament is scheduled to kick off at 14:00 GMT, and will run for three hours, so don't miss out.

Fortnite Trinity Challenge format

As mentioned previously, this is a Trios tournament. Teams will compete in up to 10 standard Battle Royale matches, or until the three-hour time limit runs out.

Teams will earn points based on the scoring system.

  • Victory Royale: 15 Points
  • 2nd to 3rd place: 10 Points
  • 4th to 6th place: 7 Points
  • 7th to 10th place: 5 Points
  • 11th to 20th place: 3 Points
  • 20th to 33rd place: 1 Point
  • Each Elimination: 1 Point

The top-scoring teams at the end of the Fortnite Trinity Challenge will get some great cosmetic prizes as a reward, and those who just compete won't walk away empty-handed either.

It won't be easy to end in the top 3333 in Europe. You can, however, get the Trinity Impact and Trinity Overload emotes for free simply by competing in five matches.

Good luck to everyone who participates in the Fortnite Trinity Challenge.
