Fortnite update 23.30 has been released across all platforms, and it brought another round of Dragon Ball crossover, Piccolo and Son Gohan skins, and a brand new weapon called Mythic Tactical Pistol.

If you were living under a rock, Mythic Weapons are the most powerful weapons in Fortnite, and they can make a big difference in battles. However, obtaining these weapons is not as easy as it sounds, and the new Mythic Tactical Pistol is no different. With that said, we'll go over the basics of how to get Mythic Tactical Pistol in Fortnite.

Obtaining Mythic Tactical Pistol in Fortnite

Debuted in Chapter 4 Season 1, Tactical Pistol is a fast-firing fully automatic pistol that uses light bullets to damage opponents. It's a great versatile sidearm with moderate damage and rate of fire.

Unlike other Fortnite weapons, however, the Mythic variant of the Tactical Pistol can't be found on the ground or obtained from any NPC. Instead, activating the new Mythic Munition augment is the only way to get Mythic Tactical Pistol in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1. This new perk always grants the loopers a Mythic Tactical Pistol in the game.

However, it's worth noting that you won't always encounter this reality augment in Fortnite. On top of that, rerolling does not discover new Reality Augments anymore after the game's latest update. Therefore, it may take several tries to get Mythic Tactical Pistol.
