Chapter 3 of Fortnite has been an exciting period for battle royale fans with so many game updates coming throughout the month of December. The Cube Queen was defeated, signalling The End of Chapter 2 before Winterfest 2021 arrived to ring in the Holiday season.
Now that Chapter 3 is here, a new battle pass is available featuring all kinds of exclusive rewards. Same as any other season, weekly challenges are the fastest way to level up your battle pass, providing massive amounts of XP.
Week 4 challenges just went live and one of them requires players to use a new healing item. Here's how to experience Re-Fill effects for 15 seconds and complete the challenge.
Where to experience Re-Fill effects for 15 seconds - Week 4 challenges
One of the more eye-catching tasks from the Week 4 challenge list in Chapter 3 Season 1 of Fortnite is to "Experience Re-Fill effects for 15 seconds." While many players are wondering what this language means, it simply requires you to heal with Guzzle Juice for 15 seconds.
Guzzle Juice is one of the new healing items, added to the loot pool as part of the Chapter 3 update. It's available to find in chests as well as coolers, and it can also be purchased from certain NPC's.
Here's the best location to find Guzzle Juice and experience Re-Fill effects for 15 seconds.

Best Fortnite Guzzle Juice location
For the easiest completion of this challenge, head to the Greasy Grove location (Southwest portion of the island). Inside the Southern middle building, open the upstairs loot chest as well as the surrounding coolers.
You'll find at least two glasses of Guzzle Juice, which should be all you need to complete the challenge. Now there are two ways to go about the rest of this quest.
You can play it honestly and simply use the Guzzle Juice as your healing item for when you take damage over the course of the match, or you could take fall damage on purpose and use the Guzzle Juice right away.
If you choose the latter, build up a stair ramp five (5) pieces high, and fall off, you'll take damage without dying, and you can pop your Guzzle Juice to heal. Once your player feels the Re-Fill effects (healing) for 15 seconds, the challenge will be complete and you'll unlock 25,000 XP. Here's a video of how it looks in action.
