When Is The Next Season Of Fortnite Coming Out?
Epic Games likes to keep the date and time of the next Fortnite season a surprise. However, according to the date indicated on the Battle Pass, Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 will go into downtime on 2 June 2023 at 2 a.m. ET, meaning the season will run for roughly two and a half months (or 84 days). It's standard for the next season to start several hours after downtime begins, which means that Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 will start on 2-3 June 2023 at around 6-8 a.m. ET.
Players can expect to experience server downtime after the live event (assuming there is one), resulting in matchmaking being temporarily disabled and Fortnite servers not responding for several hours; this usually happens from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. ET (8 a.m. to 11 a.m. UTC), but it may begin earlier or later for any number of reasons.
However, once the server maintenance period is over, the next season of Fortnite will be live to play. Please note that Epic Games could change the start date and time of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 at any moment; in this regard, we will update this article with the appropriate changes.
