One of these ingredients that you can collect is Pinecone and here's what its in-game description says about it, "Filled with oil-rich seeds. Certainly won't be growing into a tree from inside a squirrel's stomach."
While majority of pinecones are found in the wild areas of Mondstadt and Dragonspine, you will still find a few in Liyue and Inazuma, and you can find their exact locations below.
Genshin Impact: Pinecone locations
There are a total of 311 pinecones spread across Teyvat and can be most often found at the base of trees or in critter hideouts. However it might still take you a lot of time to collect them in the huge map and thus, you can directly teleport to the their locations as marked on the Genshin Impact interactive map below.
After you collect the required number of Pinecones, you can go to the stove and cook the required dishes to enjoy extra advantages over the enemies.

While looking out for Pinecones, you will encounter various monsters and enemies that will also help you collect character level up materials on the go along with Mora.
You can also open various chests lying around to get Primogems, Hero's Wit, and more.
