Travelers were introduced to a few members of the Fatui Harbingers, but who is Arlecchino and his relations to the faction in Genshin Impact?
Genshin Impact Arlecchino – Character details, element and more

Genshin Impact boasts an impressive roster of playable characters, bringing unique backstories, talent abilities and more to the game. The Fatui Harbingers are the formidable officers devoted to the Cryo Archon, with a few of its members, including Tartaglia, La Signora and Scaramouche, already appearing thus far.

One of its rumoured members, Arlecchino, has been mentioned a handful of times; however, there isn't much information available online, so accurate details are relatively scarce. Nevertheless, here's what we know about the character, based on in-game mentions and information previously leaked by various sources.

Who is Arlecchino in Genshin Impact?

According to various leaked sources, Arlecchino is rumoured to be the missing member of the Fatui Harbingers. He currently manages an orphanage supposedly in Snezhnaya, who then are sent on missions for the Fatui across Teyvat once they're of age.

Since he's solely responsibly for the upbringing of the children at his orphanage, he provides them with a patronymic name depending on their gender Schneitzevich or Schneitzevna, which loosely means Son or Daughters of Snow.

Arlecchino was first mentioned, by name, by an NPC during the World Quest series, The Very Special Fortune Slip. Travelers would later meet a character, Lyudochka Schneitzevna, who will inform them that she was brought up in the orphanage Arlecchino runs.

"Snezhevich and Snezhevna are surnames the Fatui give to orphans they take in, like us. We grew up in an orphanage set up by Lord Arlecchino. We do not know who we truly are. At the most, we know the blood that flows through the veins," Lyudochka explains to the Traveler and Paimon during The Replacement's Secret quest.

According to Scaramouche, there have been multiple descriptions of Arlecchino circulating online, with many addressing him as the "Harlequin" or the "Jester".

"Since the new Harbinger dropped, just letting y'all know, Arlecchino, as a character, derives from a demon. Even being called 'King of Hell'! So he's very cool; he supposedly has a horn on the right side of his forehead (or on the mask)," Twitter user Vik commented.

What are Arlecchino's talent abilities in Genshin Impact?

There hasn't been much information on Arlecchino since he was first rumoured during the Genshin 2.4 beta. This was first reported by a notable Genshin Impact source, Genshin Intel; however, the character has yet to appear in-game.

Since another Fatui Harbinger, Scaramouche, has yet to be made a playable character, it could be a while until we officially get our first look at Arlecchino. Furthermore, there's not much information on his talent abilities and what elements he possesses.

It's pretty known that Fatui Harbingers could wield two elements; however, determining which two elements are rather hard to speculate at this point. Additionally, what weapon he's likely to use is difficult to determine.

While it's yet to be determined when Arlecchino will eventually appear in Genshin Impact, it certainly adds to the mystery of how influential he truly is. We'll continue to follow this story and provide updates once more become available.
