Genshin Impact Wishful Drops quest guide: How to complete challenges

With the Genshin Impact Windblume Festival ending after several weeks of celebration around Mondstadt, the time has come to turn the page and focus on the new events of Update 1.4. The first of these, which will be available from 9th April, will be "Wishful Drops", in which you will meet a new Hydro creature called Endora, who will need your help to fight a new special enemy. In this article, we will give you a guide to completing the Genshin Impact Wishful Drops event, as well as all the rewards that you can obtain by completing its challenges.

Genshin Impact: Wishful Drops guide

Before starting the Wishful Drops event, you must meet the requirement of having reached Adventure Rank 20 or higher.

If you have already completed the main missions in the Mondstadt region, you should be more than prepared to face these tests.

Endora's Education challenge

For the first part of the event, you will have to complete the prerequisite quest "Life Flows On (I)" after then you will obtain the event-limited "Inquisitive Endora.", a special Gadget that can capture Oceanid Creatures in designated areas around the map.

After equipping Inquisitive Endora, you can summon her in these exploration areas, however, your Elemental Skill will be replaced with Endora's Bubble Spit ability. If you are not in an exploration area, she will not answer your summons.

Once you are in the designated areas, you will be able to use Bubble Spit to capture certain Oceanid enemies nearby, for which you can use Cryo skills to capture them easier. When a bubble traps an Oceanid Creature, the Endora can absorb them, increasing the area's exploration progress.

If you manage to explore an area fully, you will obtain special rewards including the new Heart of the Spring, and unlock more exploration areas on the map. Just take care of not defeating the creatures in battle, since this will not increase your exploration progress.

Rhodeia's Rage challenge

For the second part of the event, you will need the Hearts of the Spring you have collected around your exploration, and also some items like special food to prepare yourself to face a big battle.

During the event period, the challenge "Rhodeia's Rage" will be added to the Oceanid's arena, where you will have the possibility of challenging a special boss known as the Rhoedia of Loch, a giant Hydro creature with high-speed attacks and a lot of HP.

You will have to take care of everything before you start since after the event challenge begins, the game will enter a special challenge mode in which pausing and teleporting will be disabled.

As advice, certain characters will receive increased Hydro RES and Energy Recharge, so be sure to choose some of these for your party:

• Hu Tao
• Keqing
• Ganyu
• Lisa
• Noelle
• Xinyan
• Fischl
• Rosaria
• Diona

If you got some lucky and good reflexes and managed to complete the event challenge, you can use either the Hearts of the Spring you collected or Original Resin to obtain Character EXP Materials and other rewards.

These Genshin Impact Wishful Drops challenges will be available until 16th April 2021, while the Rhodeia's Rage challenge can be played daily until the event ends.
