To unlock access to the underground mines, the player must complete one of the Chasm Delvers World quests, "Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering."

To complete this quest, you must find and destroy the bedrock keys. They are floating Rock like structures found in the Chasm and are located on your map. And they are destroyed by hitting the cage-like Geo formations you'll find nearby each one.

To do this, first, destroy the two Geogranum located nearby the cages surrounding the bedrock key. In the example below, they are at the base of the rock in the distance.

Once you've destroyed both, you can head over to the cage-like geo formation and attack it while facing the bedrock key. This will fire a projectile into it, bringing it down.

One of the Bedrock keys is located in the cave below the unique geo rock near the Lost Valley domain.

After this, you'll be able to destroy all the bedrock keys, the seal on the Chasm will break, allowing you to access the Underground Mines of the area. An elevator to it will be displayed on your map, or you can glide inside.

Once there, you are free to explore away! Unlocking the map for this area can only be done through exploration and talking to a member of the exploration team inside the Mine, as there is no Statue of Seven. So beware of your surroundings and enjoy exploring this new and exciting area.
