Riot 2021 Pride Celebration: Unlock rewards in all games from the League of Legends universe

Players from all over the world are now able to get cosmetics and content to celebrate diversity and love.

As teased a couple of weeks ago, Riot Games will continue its tradition of celebrating diversity with new content coming to League of Legends and its various off-shoots as the company and game's celebrate Pride month.

This time, and with so many successful launches in the last year with titles like Valorant, Legends of Runeterra, and Teamfight Tactics, new cosmetics have arrived along with special quests to unlock everything we will see below for free.

League of Legends

Starting with their main game, players are now able to collect many rainbow poro icons representing the different identities from the LGBT+ communities, which will activate a limited-time homeguard trail featuring the colours of the chosen icon.

As well, the following missions have been added to unlock a few extra rewards, including a Little Legend icon and emote, and a very special one with Leona and Diana.

Legends of Runeterra

Runeterra’s card game has received the arrival of Ellie the Elephant, a new rainbow Guardian which will accompany you in every single of your games, along with the Everybody Gets Love! emote featuring Tyari The Traveler, and Poro Icons based on the LGBT+ flags for your profile.

All this is available in the in-game shop as part of the Jubilant Colors bundle for an incredible price of 0 coins, so don’t waste time and go get it.

Teamfight Tactics

The summoners’ favourite auto battler has received a new limited-time feature connected to the icons available through the League of Legends content, letting your Little Legends hop around with a Pride-themed trial.

However, the main change has come with the addition of new Pride booms with seven variants to celebrate your victories. To unlock this, you will have to complete the “Sun and Moon” quest, building a team with Diana and Leona in any kind of TFT game.

Wild Rift

As for the Riot’s mobile game, Wild Rift has seen the addition of the seven Poro Icons found in the Legends of Runeterra content and a unique Pride Poro emote, however, these will be available through a couple of missions enabled on 24th May.

Valorant

Finally, this FPS will receive a lot of content around the Pride celebration, however, players will have to wait a little more as it is still in the final development steps. Besides, the first batch has already been spotted with the addition of a Pride player cards to customize your player profile.

To close this celebration, Riot Games will also add lots of merch to their online store from 1st June, featuring shirts, mugs, tank tops, crop tops, hoodies, and more, with 100% of the net proceeds going to the It Gets Better Project, a non-profit pro-LGBT+ online collective.

Riot 2021 Pride Celebration will be available from now until 31st July.
