Lost Ark Salt Giant Location - Where to find

The Korean action MMORPG, Lost Ark, has finally become available to the western audience, and it has already reached over 500,000 concurrent players on Steam on the first day of early access.

The highly-anticipated action role-playing game perfectly blends the frenetic action of hack and slash games, such as Diablo and Path of Exile, with socials and co-op aspects of MMO games.

This mixture of two aspects becomes the most obvious in encounters with Lost Ark's world bosses. These are the main bosses for each of the seven massive continents of Arkesia.

The second continent you'll visit in the game, Yudia, hides numerous secrets to uncover, which you can check in your Adventurer's Tome.

There, you can also learn more about the continent's main boss, the Salt Giant.

Where to find Salt Giant in Lost Ark?

If you read the entry on Salt Giant, you'll learn that it was once an Elemental, who has sacrificed itself in order to protect the sacred Yudian soil.

The Elemental absorbed all the evil energy following the collapse of Encavia and then buried itself deep into the earth in hope of removing that corruption from the world.

Hundreds of years have passed since then, and the Elemental has re-emerged. Now completely twisted, it is known as the Salt Giant, and you'll need to defeat it in order to save the region of Yudia. 

But, in order to beat it, you'll first need to find it!

Salt Giant can be found just to the southeast of Saland Hills city on the Aregal Salt Plains.

Just like Rudric, the world boss of the Rethramis region, the Salt Giant spawns every 30 minutes, and it is very, very tough to beat it solo. The Salt Giant has devastating Area of Effect abilities, which can wipe you out in a split second if you are not careful, and over 10 million hit points.

It's almost impossible to beat him solo at this stage of the game, so make sure to gather around some friends and create a party, and then tackle the Salt Giant as a team.
