Iron Hands is also an Electric-type Pokemon, so it will resist Drifblim Flying-type moves. In the case of the Drifblim not being a Dark Tera-type, bring Pokemon like Hydreigon or Maushold, which will resist or be immune to Drifblims natural move pool.
