You can find Police Egg within the new Secret Police HQ area of Pet Simulator 99. In particular, you need to go to Area 204 of Police World (it requires 3x Prison Keys). To gain access to the HQ, you need to donate 100 Void Bars, which you can earn by grinding through the different areas.

The Police Egg has better hatch odds, new police pets, and a HUGE pet! Specifically, it will have a chance to hatch the HUGE Police Cat. Not having any luck?
