Rocket League Sideswipe is out worldwide and players couldn't be any happier -- their favourite game to watch in the restroom is now also available to play in the restroom.
But whilst some players are still finding their way around the pitch, mesmerized by the cosmetics and reward system, others are asking important questions like what is up with the ranking system?
Well, fret not fellow rocketeers, because here you have everything you need to know about Rocket League Sideswipe’s ranked playlist, ranking system and divisions.
What ranked playlists are there in Rocket League Sideswipe?
You can choose to queue in Duel (1v1), Doubles (2v2) and Hoops (2v2) in Rocket League Sideswipe.
Unlike its PC counterpart, Sideswipe only has ranked online playlists without any chance for casual competition.
How many ranks are there in Rocket League Sideswipe?

- Grand Champion
How many divisions are there in Rocket League Sideswipe?
Rocket League Sideswipe has five divisions for every rank. Each division is treated as its own rank unlike the original version of Rocket League where each rank set has its own rank then its own division.
Winning matches inches you closer to the next division while Sideswipe will only derank you if you lose more games than you win, according to Psyonix themselves.
It’s currently unknown if Psyonix plans to add Supersonic Legend to Rocket League Sideswipe. Most likely, developers will wait until the pocket version of car soccer gathers a considerable player base to raise a challenge to push the skill level ceiling.
