Cliodhna - SMITE New Goddess

Queen of the Banshees in Irish mythology, Cliodhna is notorious for her ear-piercing scream. The goddess is briefly displayed by SMITE developers in the latest trailer released to their social media outlets.

The video features a man who is approached by the queen, he quickly tries to run away as she morphs into a ghost-like form. She uses some sort of ability to pass through the walls of his house as he tries to run away, hinting that she should have some sort of teleport/dash type of move upon release.

Finally, the trailer ends with Cliodhna letting out her signature shriek before the video cuts out. The Queen of the Banshees appears to fit the spooky October theme, and gamers will certainly be excited to see her on the Battleground.

The SMITE update show goes live on their Twitch channel at 8 pm BST on Wednesday, 29th September. Make sure to stay tuned with our tab for all the latest breaking news and updates.
