On 31 January 2023, Sheffield-based game development studio, Steel City Interactive, unleashed their new boxing game, Undisputed, into Early Access on Steam. Since then, the game has punched its way into the top-selling charts of Valve's digital storefront. Some Undisputed players, however, might be wondering if the game's multiplayer servers are down.
This guide explains how you can check the Undisputed server status before you start turning your PC and router on and off again due to any possible connection issues.
Update on 16 May 2023: We've updated this article with the latest information on Undisputed servers' status and any connection issues.
Are Undisputed Servers Down?
At the time of writing, the Undisputed servers are not down. This, however, could change at a moment's notice if/when the developers decide to push out a bug fix update. We do expect a bit of downtime in February 2023 as the game only recently launched into Early Access on Steam. To this end, we will endeavor to update this article with the latest Undisputed server downtime information.
We do also expect some downtime when Undisputed gets a content update. There's quite a lot of new additions planned, as revealed by Undisputed's initial 2023 content/update roadmap.
How To Check Undisputed Server Status
At the time of writing, there is no official server status page for Undisputed, nor is there a page listing the multiplayer servers.
If you want to check the Undisputed multiplayer services/servers statuses, then your best bet right now is to keep a close eye on the official Undisputed Twitter account, where developers Steel City Interactive have provided consistent updates since the game's launch into Steam Early Access on 31 January 2023.
As you can see from the Tweet above, there's also an Undisputed Trello Board, where the developers list all the known issues/bugs and possible workarounds. We suggest checking the board for any server troubles or connection issues.
As always, before you go all IT Crowd on your gaming equipment or router, we suggest checking a game's server status. Furthermore, connecting your PC with a LAN cable to your router instead of using Wi-Fi does tend to clear up some connection issues, and Undisputed is no different in this regard.
We will endeavor to update this article consistently with the latest 'Undisputed server down' information and new ways to check the server status once they become available.
