Valorant fans are eagerly waiting for the next agent to join the roster, and Riot has revealed all the details about them. Valorant's Agent 23 will be a Sentinel and will be a female agent named Deadlock, and her codename is Cable. Riot has given us details about her including her abilities, release date, and more. You can have a look at everything below.
Valorant Episode 7 will begin today and with that Deadlock will be available globally and you can unlock her by completing her Agent Recruitment event, spending VP, or getting an Xbox Game Pass subscription. After her Agent Recruitment event ends, you can get her by spending VP or Kingdom Credits.
Riot Games has announced Deadlock's details officially.
Trusted Leaker ValorLeaks has revealed how Deadlock looks and KLaboratories has leaked the abilities. However, keep in mind that these are not officially revealed by Riot.
GravNet (C): Equip a GravNet grenade. FIRE to launch. ALTERNATIVE FIRE to launch the grenade from below. The GravNet explodes when it hits the ground, forcing enemies caught inside it to crouch and move slowly.
Barrier Mesh (E): Equip a Barrier Mesh disk. FIRE to launch forward. When touching the ground, the disk generates barriers from the point of origin that block the movement of the characters.
Sonic Sensor (Q): Equip a Sonic Sensor. FIRE to deploy. The sensor monitors an area for enemies that make sounds. It causes a concussion in that area if footsteps, gunfire, or significant noise are detected.
Annihilation (X) / Ultimate: Equip a Nanowire Accelerator. FIRE to release a pulse of nanowires that captures the first enemy hit. The captured enemy is pulled along a path of nanowires and will die if they reach the end unless freed. The nanowire cocoon is destructible.
Agent 23, Deadlock is releasing next week with the release of Valorant Episode 7 Act 1.
Valorant Agent 23: Who is Deadlock
Deadlock is a member of Atlas, an organization that is fighting against Alpha, a rival faction that is behind some of the major conflicts in the world of Valorant. The name has been confirmed by Riot Games in her trailer.

When will Deadlock be released?
Deadlock will be released in Episode 7 Act 1 on June 27, and we will get an official look at her on the final day of Valorant Masters Tokyo happening on June 25.
Once released, you will be able to unlock her by either completing her Agent Recruitment Event, which will get automatically updated, or by getting Xbox Game Pass subscription that will give you access to her from Day 1 of her release. If you are unable to do both, you can spend VP or 8,000 Kingdom Credits to unlock her.

Valorant: What Are Deadlock’s Abilities?
Riot Games has officially revealed Deadlock’s abilities and you can have a look at all of them below.
GravNet (C)
EQUIP a GravNet grenade. FIRE to throw. ALT FIRE to lob the grenade underhand. The GravNet detonates upon landing, forcing any enemies caught within to crouch and move slowly.
Sonic Sensor (Q)
EQUIP a Sonic Sensor. FIRE to deploy. The sensor monitors an area for enemies making sound. It concusses that area if footsteps, weapons fire, or significant noise are detected.

Deadlock is the second of three agents that will be released in 2023. The first agent was Gekko, and the third agent will be a Duelist; however, their codename and details are still unknown, but we will keep you updated as soon as we learn more.
