In the last days, the regional finals of the Valorant Masters were held, where the best teams of the shooter were crowned internationally, in the road to the first LAN major event in Iceland.

In the case of the European finals, Acend managed to take the victory after a heart-stopping 3-2 against Team Heretics, where the players of both teams gave their all to be champions.

This time, focusing on one of these players, one of the main members of Team Heretics would be close to announcing his retirement according to recent reports, the German player Dustyn "nieSoW" Durnas.

Since his arrival at Heretics, nieSoW has managed to stand out within the team thanks to his excellent performance and good results, achieving several first places in Tier B and C tournaments around Europe, and being crowned as First Strike champion last December.

However, despite all this, it seems the fruitful career of this player could have an early end, due to certain personal problems regarding his family which he has had to face in the last few months.

Because of this, his performance has faltered somewhat, which was noticed a little more in the finals of the Valorant Masters. To this must be added the accusations of cheating the player has faced both in his competitive career in Valorant, and in his past in CS:GO.

At the moment, both Team Heretics and the player have not made a statement in this regard, however it is expected that a definitive announcement will be made in the next few days or hours.
