Thwifo released from XSET Valorant roster

Zander “thwifo” Kim joined XSET in July 2020 as XSET’s founding professional Valorant player after stepping away from Fortnite in May of that same year. Now, almost 12 months later, thwifo announced that he will no longer be a part of the roster.

In a TwitLonger post, thwifo explained that “due to a management decision i will no longer be playing for XSET.” As well as explaining that he is “happy” and “grateful” for his time with the team.

With thwifo on the roster, XSET managed to get 1st place at EVOlution Open - North America, the Nerd Street Gamers October Monthly, and the Complexity x NSG Invitational. As well as a 2nd place finish at VCT North America Stage 2: Challengers 1.
