Destiny 2: Impactor Cache guide

Destiny 2 Season of the Lost is in its sixth week and includes more missions, challenges, triumphs and narrative beats for players to pursue ahead of the highly anticipated arrival of The Witch Queen expansion. 

As with every week, new seasonal challenges and triumphs are now live. One of the latest triumphs in Season of The Lost is called "Impactor Cache," in which players will have to investigate a debris field for a trivial mystery in the shattered realm activity.

How to Complete Impactor Cache in Destiny 2

To begin, players will need to unlock the "Safe Passage" ability of Wayfinder's compass in the H.E.L.M. It will cost 150 parallax trajectory, which can be gathered quickly by collecting Ascendant Anchor in the shattered realm activity.

Acquiring the safe passage ability will allow players to suppress the field of strife and traverse without slowing down.

The field of strife is found behind the area where players have to align the first beacon. Alternatively, it's straight down the pathway from the location of the second beacon. Before the field of strife can be suppressed, however, players will have to align the first two beacons.

The chest required to complete the trivial mystery lies straight ahead of the path, although getting to it won't be feasible before suppressing the field of strife.

Once activated, players need to take the route where they aligned the second beacon. Rather than jumping up and onwards, the first turn left is where they need to go. From here, jumping or hovering towards the chest should be simple. Once opened, the Impactor Cache triumph will be completed.
